"We had a fantastic long weekend at Greenwich Cottage. The garden has amazing views over the countryside and the sea is only 20mins walk away. The Cottage was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend."

"We are very happy that we decided to stay in the cottage again this year. The cottage is well appointed with good quality furnishings and well equipped kitchen, including things like washing up liquid, cling wrap, laundry detergent and shower gel for the shower which is a good one, so it saves us packing so much. Heather and Alan are only a phone call away if you need them for anything, with Heather meeting you when you first get there to go through things.
There is a folder with all the information you need for your stay which is helpful. The garden is tidy with seating, so is lovely to sit in and watch the birds and the sheep etc in the fields below, with it being south facing you will be able to enjoy the sun hopefully it is the UK of course. So all in all we would highly recommend either of the cottage’s to anybody reading this review."

Tip:
"With the cottage’s where they are you can go for walks to your heart’s content. There is a Spar a short walk from the cottage’s and one down near the beach at Seatown for most of your needs. We can not say anything about the pubs because we have not used them, but understand that they are very good from people we have spoken to.
We have been stayed in Chideock many times over the years, so for us to keep coming back, we must be happy."

"A very easy and pleasant walk from the cottage takes you to the beach at Seatown. A meal at The Anchor Inn is highly recommended."
