"This is a very attractive and well-appointed barn conversion. It was comfortable, cosy, and warm with superb views and we loved being surrounded by the sheep. The owner has really attended to detail and we lacked nothing, including little luxuries, which you can't often say about holiday accommodation. Suitable for dogs as is is well-fenced. We hope to return. "

Tip:
"We loved the countryside walks at Burford/Fulbrook and Minster Lovell. We braved the crowds at the Farmer's Dog and found the service and food surprisingly good. Prices comparative to other pubs locally. "

"Such a wonderfully, comfortable cottage with everything you could need if eating at home. Comfy bed, hot water in a cosy, idilic surrounding. Just so incredibly peaceful and healing, sheep in the springtime and cows in the summer to listen to! Views across the countryside to breathe in along with the sunsets from your patio. The barbecue was great to see but we were out to eat mainly but on a warm evening, would’ve been fun."

Tip:
"The Carpenter’s Arms, Fulbrook. We had a lovely fish dinner and lots of different types to choose from. The Plough, Finstock does a lovely Sunday roast along with themed nights. The Hare, Milton-under-Wychwood was lovely food with a very nice specials board and The Angel, Burford was gorgeous too offering something different. Discovered Hook Norton which had a brewery and museum. Have to book for a tour but beer super and you can have lunch. A very historical building with lots of information about its past."

"During this latest stay for a change from pub meals I have enjoyed lunches at The Priory restaurant in Burford where the food was good value and the staff efficient and friendly.
