Brewery up by Abbey is a must often have local live music on, and their own beer is reasonable price.

Everything about the hotel is lovely. The staff are very friendly and make you so welcome. Lovely location looking out to sea. Very clean and an excellent breakfast. We will be back. Parking on the clifftop is excellent and at no extra cost.

Tips for other travellers
We walk to Sandsend and then on to Ruswarp which is a lovely walk and we also do the cinder track to Robin Hoods Bay another excellent walk. Humble Pie is worth a vist if you like piem mash and mushy peas but there are so many other lovely places to eat
