Thank you Heidi and Paul for another very lovely 3 night stay with you both in late November 2024. As always your kindness and hospitality was really appreciated. Harriet House has always been the only B&B we have ever wanted to stay at when we visit Canterbury.

Tips for other travellers

This is such a lovely B&B run by Heidi & Paul and it is a short river walk into Canterbury. We visited 24th November for 3nights and Canterbury already had a very Christmassy feel. We can recommend The Millers Arms for a nice meal and friendliness and an Italian restaurant called Posillipo for an Italian meal. There are plenty of shops. The Beany House of Art & Knowledge is with a visit and of course Canterbury Cathedral as well. There is a train station nearby as well.

Perfect B&B for a stay in Canterbury. Very comfy bed and one of the nicest breakfasts we’ve ever had. Chaucer, had he stayed there, would certainly have included Heidi and Paul in his Tales… A couple of Caunterbury there said Slepe comfortably and in the morn be fedde

Perfect location, high standards, lovely hosts, perfect breakfast... What else? Yes: free and easy car park! a treat around there, isn't it?

We loved our stay at Harriet House. Paul and Heidi are so helpful and welcoming and we had the best breakfasts ever! Love their homemade granola! Location was perfect for walking into town.
