A lovely, clean cottage with good facilities just 50 yards from the old harbour and pub and an uphill 5 mins stroll to the high street. Enclosed garden ideal if you have a dog or just want to sit out in sunshine. Good variety of shops and takeaways including 2 bakers, coop, ice cream parlour fish & chip shop and Chinese and local independent shops.

Easy flat walk around the two harbours and around to the beach and a large grassy area just passed the caravan site. Lovely cliff top walks up from the harbour Sandend has lovely beach. Cullen beach Numerous little harbours and villages to visit. Dufftown to Keith railway plus sidings cafe on platform Premier shop in Whitehills has a cafe attached to it all lovely home cooked meals.

Beautiful cottage set in beautiful location only a few meters from the harbour. The welcome tray is a lovely touch. It was like home from home.

Tips for other travellers
Well worth a visit to Huntly town and the castle. Visit to Glen Grants Distillery is lovely, set in a beautiful location and not expensive to take a tour. Take time to go to Portsoy House Cafe situated in the harbour, very friendly staff.

Portsoy is a wonderful little town where the people are so friendly.there are lots of lovely coastal towns to visit.
