We had an excellent stay, friendly, attentive and very thoughtful. The breakfast was excellent, would highly recommend.

Tips for other travellers

The location is easy to get to from the motorway. A super local pub within walking distance with a real fire. The hosts were excellent with a gluten free breakfast and even treats in the room were gluten free.

The narrow winding lane is soon forgotten once you have arrived.On site parking ( FOC) A warm greeting by your host.Lovely comfortable room, with every facility. Great view over the Devon countyside.A freshly cooked breakfast to start your day. Our go to place for future visits.

Alison was the perfect host, friendly, interested in her guests and nothing was too much trouble if you needed anything. We stayed in the Garden Room which has 2 large windows with lots of light offering wonderful views of the Devon scenery. The room was warm, cosy and clean. We can recommend Brambles to anyone visiting this area and will definitely stay here again in the future.
