We were made very welcome by our hosts at this eco-friendly b&b which was spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were amazing and the granola bars in the room were delicious. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

There is parking on site with electric hook ups if you need them. Only a short walk into Rye. Be careful with the dormer ceilings in second floor rooms, and it takes time for hot water to run.

Everything was perfect. We had a warm welcome from our hosts Javed and Judith. The house is truly amazing and carbon free. The breakfast menu was the most extensive I have ever seen and cooked to perfection. The bread, granola etc was all home made and delicious.

It is a handy location for us as we had come by train and used the buses on both days, all within 500 metres. The big tip for other travellers is “a must to go there!”

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by our friendly hosts who were gracious and warm. They carried our bags to our rooms, gave us a brief orientation and made us feel at home immediately.

This is the perfect place to stay in Rye. Just on the edge of town, it is away from the busyness of the popular destination but close enough to walk in 10 minutes. Spotless, roomy, newly renovated with everything you need, including comfy bed, desk, cozy blankets, tv, microwave, sugar, coffee, hot cocoa and tea, plus fresh milk in the fridge for tea! The breakfast is made to order and delicious, served by the gracious owner who is a wealth of information about the town. I can't say enough about how perfect this hotel is! Thank you Jared and Judith!
