Century Pines Resort Cameron Highlands

The connecting door to next room was not locked and I only realised it at late night that I could open the door to go to the next room, which meant the same to the people next to my room. Upon informing the frontdesk, they just sent me a rubber door stopper, but not the door key… In terms of security, it is really bad, as I wouldn’t know that would the people next door came into my room for anything (e.g. hidden camera, theft etc.) Also, another minor problem was that I was told that the toothpaste was out of stock and I need to purposely buy a new one just for one night stay there… In fact, complimentary toiletries was written in the booking description…

Good hospitality, already 2 times check in but get back hotel views 😅

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at your hotel. Everything was wonderful, but what truly stood out to me was the breathtaking view from my room and the pleasant weather, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s ambiance and the comfort provided were exceptional, and your staff were friendly and attentive throughout my visit. I appreciate the effort that went into making my stay memorable and relaxing.
