Our hosts made us feel very welcome & made it clear that if there was anything we needed, then just to ask. Parking was a bonus. Our room was spacious, quiet & clean & the bathroom modern.

We ate at The Terrace, (tapas), excellent service & delicious food & Giovanni & Luca, (Italian), also very good & would happily return to either restaurant.

We had lovely stay at Grosvenor House. Great location for beach tunnels/quay/high Street. Beautiful victorian house - immaculately clean. Nick and Andrew extremely welcoming and provided us with delicious breakfast each morning. They obviously really care about their guests and did their best to ensure we had a relaxing holiday.

Tunnels beaches interesting and sheltered spot for paddling and swimming even at the end of September. Wish I had packed my swimming things!

Stayed here for a weekend and would highly recommend this guest house. Our room was very comfortable, beautiful decor and very spotlessly clean. We were made to feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast menu was excellent. Plenty of choice. Food was freshly cooked. Free WiFi - good reception. On site parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location if attending a wedding at the Tunnels venu- 5- 10 minute walk. Within very short walking distance of main high street and sea front.
