First class accomodation, everything catered for including our dog. Caroline and Dave are so friendly and made us feel special. Will definitely be back just working out when.

Our 2nd visit within 6 months! We loved our dog-friendly garden room with access directly into the garden and walks beyond the gate. The room feels private even though there's a beautiful floor to ceiling window to admire the far reaching, rural views (and garden). It isn't overlooked in any way. Everything is very clean and tastefully furnished and the hosts have thought of everything you might need for your stay (even provide dog bowls etc). It's all the little touches that really impress and the shortbread biscuits are the best ever. Breakfast is delicious and the hosts are very welcoming and friendly and even welcomed our dog warmly.

It's definitely an overnight stay that gets you away from the hustle and bustle. It's rural and very peaceful. Plan where to eat in the evening in advance would be my only recommendation because it's highly likely won't want to drive/walk out again once you get there due to the out of village location. The hosts are very helpful in this respect.

Thank you the great feedback; it was great to welcome you back. We're definitely in a quiet rural location but still only a short distance to the facilities in Ceres Village. Planning for dinner is a must, although we have a great restaurant in the village plus great village shop for this that just want to snack; there are a good selection restaurants a short drive away in either Cupar or St Andrews.

We loved the accommodations and super friendly people at Craighall Steading. Our room was great. Everything was clean and fresh. Towels smelled great! The area was fun to hike around, and the sunset was spectacular. We enjoyed breakfast very much, and had a great visit with our hosts.

This is a great place for small groups, as the rooms are private, but together in the same building. The breakfast area was large, yet cozy and everything was very clean and nice. This is not a rustic type place where you have to wonder if the toilet will flush or the shower will work. This place has a modern feel in a rustic setting. It was absolutely perfect for us!
