Very warm and welcoming as always. I would not choose anywhere else when staying in Blackpool. :)

My mum and I stayed in the ‘Sorcerer Suite’ and we were both unhappy with how the apartment was upon arrival and during our stay. Upon arrival: - there were no batteries in the TV remote - no tea towel, or anything to clean with - the grill tray has not been cleaned - food on the hob - dust on several surfaces - a broken blind in the bedroom, left hanging from the ceiling - hair and dirt on the bathroom floor - the bathroom door did not close properly, with no lock for privacy - some blinds were in poor condition and full of dust - wine glasses were dirty and had not been cleaned During our stay: - I attempted to use the iron which leaked water, had to go out with a creased shirt and trousers - the iron itself had a burn mark on it which could have transferred to my clothing - there was no plug socket next to the dresser and mirror meaning my mum had to stand on the opposite side of the room to use the hairdryer and her straighteners - the shower cubicle is small and has nothing for you to put your shampoo etc in so you have put things on the floor and try to bend down each time you need something - the mirror in the bathroom was not secure - the hooks on the back of the bathroom door were falling off - the smallest heater behind the standing lamp in the main room did not work - there were no instructions on how to operate the other two heaters - the ‘sofa bed’ which I had planned to sleep on to give my mum some privacy was broken We were grateful that the night porter brought a tea towel, cleaning items and batteries whilst we were out, however, these should have been there on arrival. For an apartment charging £171.59 on a Saturday night. I contacted the owners at Blackpool Resorts to share this feedback, along with photos and videos, and to request a partial refund. This was ignored and has not been replied to.
