Room was clean and comfortable, car parking at the property was excellent. Alison & Nick were very friendly & helpful and cooked the best breakfast I have ever had.

Nick gave us very good advice on where to go to see the New Forest and there are lots of pubs/restaurants on the doorstep, no need to drive.

If you are looking for a B&B in Lyndhurst stay here.. NIck and Alison could not be more helpful - our bedroom was lovely as was our ensuite - amazing breakfasts - parking - spotlessly clean - HIGHLY RECOMMEND
