Many thanks for your review! We are glad you enjoyed your stay. On the issue of location, we do advise having a car for the short drive into town. Best wishes Sam & Mike 😊

Delightful hosts greeted with a smile, fresh coffee, ice for our Aperol, use of the sunroom with wifi. Friendly conversation and helpful local knowledge. Room was very nice and well equipped with everything you could ask for inc welcome homemade chocolate. Great breakfast selection. Great quite and peaceful location very close to St Andrew’s with stunning views across the farm.

Once again Mike and Sam couldn’t do enough for us - a wonderful home from home and priced sensibly, unlike some of the “competition” in the town - 5 minutes away by car. Highly recommended.

Try the rooftop bar - No 18 - at Rusacks Hotel for a panoramic view of the sands, the Old Course and the Club House

Both of you were very welcoming and the green room was magnificent and literally perfect for the three of us. It felt homely and luxurious which is a hard combination to pull off. We'd stomped 23,000 steps around Edinburgh the day we arrived and slept very soundly!

The Greyfriars was a good pub, with actually really decent veggie and vegan options - which is not often the case. The staff were very friendly too.
