Lovely clean accomodation,power shower was excellent, lovely comfortable bed.Hot tub was amazing and ready for our arrival.perfect stay away from home, couldn't fault it. Pauline was very welcoming on our arrival, seemed nothing was to much trouble.

Tips for other travellers

The Royal Oak in old Malton is a must.Great food and excellent service.The fleece pub at the top of the lane keeps a great pint.

Tips for other travellers

The cottage is in the perfect location for trips to Scarborough and filey beach which was perfect for the dogs, the area is very dog friendly.

Great service from Pauline and Jim before, during and after our stay, what a lovely couple. Rose cottage was beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. Would highly recommend for a chilled weekend.

Tips for other travellers

We used the chippy in the local village which was lovely. The Fleece Inn is great for a Sunday lunch, a no frills proper pub.
