This is the second time staying at Greenrooms. It is a wonderful holiday home. Lovely rooms throughout. Very spacious and the garden is wonderful. The communication from both the owner and house keeper is excellent. We will definitely book again in the future.

Croyde is such a glorious little gem. We have been visiting for years now. Croyde just gets under your skim and you'll always want to return. It's unspoilt, All the lovely independent pubs & restaurants are a pleasure to eat in. There are lots of great takeaway places available too. Baggy points is a stunning place to visit . The views are breathtaking. Croyde is very close to the Exmoor Natinal Park, certainly worth a visit.

Green Rooms had plenty of space for our family group of nine, ranging in age from two to seventy two. We especially liked the spacious kitchen/family room together with the separate “quiet” room. The large secluded garden was perfect for the children. Location was ideal for both the beach and the village.

Tips for other travellers

There was a handy food truck a short walk away. The ice cream shop in the village proved very popular. Also May’s Cottage for a delicious cream tea. Putsborough beach, a short drive away, was less busy and much bigger than Croyde beach but access from the car park was quite steep with steps and ramps.

This was our third stay at Green Rooms and we have always found it a wonderful place to stay. We have always appreciated the large Garden and with the exceptional heat this year we made great use of the shade provided by the trees.

Tips for other travellers

Part of the reason we stay in Croyde is that we are able to eat out "Gluten Free" within walking distance. Recommend the Blue Groove and Manor House Inn, both dog friendly.
