Absolutely loved our stay at the vine B&B. Beautiful building and interior. So welcoming and friendly. Lee the hostesses attention to detail is brilliant. Location idilic. Wish we could have stayed longer but will definitely return. Breakfast lovely and really enjoyed the muffins and shortbread on arrival. Would highly recommend.

Tips for other travellers

Lovely quiet area but car essential only a short drive to the coast and Louth. Would recommend a visit to the Royal Oak known locally as the Splash for a meal. Plenty of places to visit.

Had a lovely stay and will certainly be back if in the area. Loved the thoughtful touches, cleanliness, the decor (and so many interesting items) and not forgetting the wonderful breakfast. Thank you for having us x

Tips for other travellers

The vines is only a minute or two from the A16 so close to Louth and Hubbards Hills and not far from coastal resorts such as Sutton on Sea, Mabelthorpe and Skegness. We ate at the Woolpack at Louth but also recommend Bambarinos at Manby if you like steak.

Beautiful B&B, room was very clean, breakfast lovely and the service from both Lee & Joe was amazing. Everything has been thought about. Loved it for the two nights we were there.

The hosts give a full list of restaurants & pubs in the area which was great. Louth is the best place to eat.

The Vine is only a 5 min drive to the town of Alford lovely place for us to go for 1940’s event
