delightful stay, Karen and her husband were wonderful hosts, super clean and super cozy B&B Breakfast was Great!

We had a great couple of days in Knaresborough. You are situated in a central location which is ideal. The only downside is that there is no parking on site but it wasn’t a major problem and the local parking was so cheap - it certainly wouldn’t put us off visiting again. Our room was spotless and the breakfast is excellent. I particularly liked the fresh milk in the fridge on the landing, what a great idea and very thoughtful. It was also very kind of you to keep us well stocked with coffee, tea etc. It was like a home from home, you are great hosts and made us feel so welcome. Another amazing stay at this lovely property, the host and hostess are fantastic and make it feel homely. Very comfortable room and bed. Breakfast is probably the best we have had at a bed and breakfast enjoyed very much. We will be returning and will be looking forward to it.
