Tips for other travellers

The North Riding pub ( a short walk down the main road ) is an excellent local pub with a large selection of Cask and Keg beers. The Kam Sang Chinese and Tikka Tikka Indian restaurants are both very good and a short walk away. Just across the street from the hotel is the most breath taking view of the North Bay you will ever see.

We are Marshalls on Olivers Mount in Scarborough it took us a long time and many hotels to find Ainsley Court, we've stayed 7 different weekends this year and it's always the same high standard and friendly reception from Paul, we know it will always be alright, so peace of mind.

Tips for other travellers

The castle. Open air theatre, spar theatre, Peasholme park are all great places, Olivers Mount racing, loads of things for children, shopping and bars, we find the best for food is Giannis in Victoria Rd, and Scarborough Arms, but hundreds of fish and chip shops. Sealife centre, Seaview cafes and the little train rides and don't forget the beach and harbour.

I had a lovely stay here. Paul is a welcoming host and a very sweet man who makes you feel at home and safe. The room was clean, quiet and with an excellent bed, overlooking the cricket field. If you ever go to Scarborough make sure to book a room here 💜.
