Warm welcome, lovely accommodation, our little boy ( 18 months) loved feeding the chickens and seeing the sheep totter past everyday!

We climbed catbells and took our kayak out on derwent water. Parked at the theatre by the lake car park and there's a great side beach for launching.

We had an amazing stay. The attention to detail in the pod was brilliant, we loved the location, our host was incredible and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast hampers were such a lovely touch and we really enjoyed the sheepdog demo. We would definitely recommend :)
