Amazing views from the farm. Lisa is friendly and helpful with suggestions regarding the area and what you can do/see. The rooms are equipped with everything you could possibly need. The self serve breakfast is delicious with lots of choice.

Skipton is a fabulous place with its own castle and the walks through the woods behind it are easy and scenery is great all year round. Embsay steam railway is close to Skipton offering different rides. Skipton has the canal running through it and there are many different trips you can do. Our favourite restaurant is Des Amis in Skipton just off the Main Street.

A really super comfy place to stay. Bedding really soft and a high standard. All really clean and spotless. Breakfast in the room is the best idea ever and the portions are generous including home-made granola and flap-jack. Lisa is such a lovely host and we chatted with her daily. We will definitely return.

Do try the recommendations on the farm website. If you're visiting museums, check the opening days as some are closed Mondays.

Excellent accommodation, extremely caring, friendly hosts.Always gone over and above to make your stay comfortable. I have stayed at Pickersgill manor for a number of years usually more than once a year and would highly recommend.

Location is great for local towns and villages , great access roads for trips further a field . Lots of choice for individuals with different interests.
