Great responsiveness, facilities, and customer service. It was beautiful and affordable, right next to the beach! I love the decor of the apartments, and there was plenty of parking available, whether it was street parking or paid intern on parking. The check in process was smooth and easy, and this stay was comfortable. The beach is a five minute walk away, and Alton one is very drivable, about 10 minutes away. The airport was about 10 to 15 minutes away. Overall, my family of four including my parents and younger brother, enjoyed this place very much. Thank you for your hospitality Gautam!

Great place to stay, located conveniently between the beaches and restaurants in San Juan.

The location was great for me. Just a short walk to the beach and a lot of restaurants. It's also a short walk to a good-sized grocery store, which was handy. The junior suite was nice, clean and I had no issues with it. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe. Communication with the owner was great, no issues at all and always responded promptly to any questions.
