Very comfortable bedroom, lots of thick towels in bathroom. Fantastic location with free parking and you can walk to anywhere in Chichester. Peaceful and safe location within a minute's walk of bustling streets with restaurants and shops. I only gave 3 stars for service and facilities because the only staff are cleaners, no reception desk and no food served. It wasn't a problem as there are so many nearby eating places. Would definitely return here.

Accommodation was perfect; clean, spacious and well thought out with everything we could have needed. Booking and checking in process was easy and the accommodation felt more luxurious then anything else we found locally.

It was all very pleasant: a delightful location and an attractive, comfortable room. Only minor issues, e.g. the loo seat needs fixing as it slides about, and the bathroom should have a shampoo bottle as well as the body-wash one.
