In many respects this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The service is courteous, completely helpful and sensitive. Additional requests (late arrival, early departure) were accommodated with no problem - really important at a transport hub like Inverness. The whole atmosphere is one of understated service, relaxed and slightly ‘retro’ - not brash. In terms of detail, everything I wanted was provided and cleanliness was exemplary. And, most importantly, I got an excellent night’s sleep.

Characterful foyer and dining room. Very convenient for bus and train stations.
