Once again a lovely stay with these two lovely hosts. We come two to three times a year and can’t honestly say it is all perfect they are so welcoming and friendly.

Fantastic B&B. Julia and Iain made us feel very welcome and made out stay very enjoyable. Our room was lovely, very clean, comfortable bed and had everything that you could want in it, including fresh milk and filtered water in the small fridge provided. The breakfast was great - 5 star!

Tips for other travellers

Brillaint location - 2 minutes walk from the seafront. We ate in Mediterraneo one night, whch was fantastic - would definatley recommend, but do book first as it was turning people away while we were there. The round robin trip is well worth doing, a very enjoyable day.

Great friendly couple that go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable Breakfast is the best I’ve ever had clean tidy well prepared Also no problem with bringing food back as plates cutlery available with table Will definitely go back when we’re down this way

I thought the one minute walk from all shops beach was great especially at my age lol We loved the harbour lights restaurant located at Paighnton harbour 5 min walk The crazy golf was a must 2 min walk The amusements on the pier also a big hit 1 min walk The Maine shopping area which u can get anything for your stay 2 min walk

Another great stay with Iian and Julia. Very welcoming as always. Breakfast excellent also extras if needed during the day and evening with picnics and pizza if wanted. Treated as family rather than guests to an establishment. Would and have recommended to family and friends. Will definitely be staying again. Brilliant stay.
