Perfectly located and great friendly service

What a fantastic location!!Great place to base yourself and explore Derry. Everything is within walking distance. Liam and Theresa provide great friendly and welcoming service. I highly recommend booking directly. I explained to Liam that my son and I were visiting for the Halloween festival, however there wasn't a room available for Halloween night. Liam put me on a cancellation list, when a room became available Liam changed my reservation no problem. He also sent me a few updates for the festival leading up to our stay. I'll be staying here again on my next trip to Derry.

Liam the host is brilliant very accommodating he keep you well informed The house is so clean would recommend this to anyone I have stayed on numerous occasions and I have not been disappointed yet There is plenty to do and see in Derry and chamberland House is so central to everything
