Really nice location less than 20 min drive to Goole.
Breakfast is continental but really good options.
Comfy beds, very clean
Food truck on the car park next door serving Fish and chip.
Local pub with a few minutes walk.

Spotlessly clean & comfortable room with good shower and great facilities. Both Zoe and Catherine were immensely helpful and friendly. No hesitation in highly recommending and look to return visit when next in area.

Highly recommend stayed here before local pub 3 mins walk away reasonable price's and food is lovely snaith 5 mins away by car very very clean property en suite room's game's room hot tub all in the garden at the rear excellent place to stay
