The only one thing slightly ruined it for us was a very loud guest above us on our last night, talking loudly on his mobile with no concept of how sound travels late at night and early in the mornings."

Apologies for the loud neighbour - we have installed sound insulation between rooms in the Annexe now, so its better than it was, but we hear your comments and will look into doing more.
