Lake falls, Sligachan waterfalls, Portree, Plodda falls, Loch Ness, Fairy pools, Eilean Donan castle, Old man of storr, Neist point, Dunvegan castle, Urquhart castle,........."

"This is one of 5 cottages on the Attadale Gardens estate. The cottage was spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable with everything needed for a pleasant stay and in a really lovely setting and excellent location - only 30 minutes from Skye and close to the lovely Lochcarron and the fabulous Applecross Pass. The scenery really is glorious and we were blessed with good weather. The only downside for us was being there in midge season... which curtailed our walks somewhat. We loved seeing red squirrels on the estate and Joanna was extremely welcoming and helpful. We also made use of the laundry facilities which was very helpful in the middle of a three week trip. "

Tip:
"The Applecross Pass is a must. The scenery is amazing.
The lakeside cafe at Lochcarron was good, also the Coffee Bothy at Broadford on Skye.
The Fairy Pools on Skye were a great place to give the dog a good walk - and a swim!
The Episcopal church - Courthill chapel - at Kishorn was good for a Sunday morning service.
We loved the Bealach cafe and gallery at Tornapress- gorgeous ceramics and lots of lovely things to buy! "
