30th December 2015:
"Excellent facilities. So nice to have the little touches of mince pies, clotted cream, biscuits for the dogs and the dog towels. We also thought it was a nice idea to leave hot water bottles in case they were needed. I think the whole chalet was really well equipped with everything you would need. The cost was really good especially as it included all electric and wifi. Thank you. Very impressed. (Only negative comment would be about the key pad for access to the keys. Very temperamental and difficult to operate. Especially when wanting to leave the keys at the end of the holiday. )"

Tip:
"Berry Head is excellent for dog walking and the Cafe is very dog friendly. Manor Inn pub also dog friendly and nice food."

18th October 2015:
"We had a lovely quiet week our first holiday taking a dog with us and it was perfect for him. The bungalow was excellent. An ideal site situated just right between Brixham and Paignton. The site is well looked after and we hope to visit again in the future. "

Tip:
"Goodrington sands is ideal for taking the dog to the beach in october and it must be a lovely place for the family in the summer. "

"We had a really lovely holiday here at The Jays,the bungalow was spotlessly clean and so comfortable. the kitchen had everything you could possibly need too. the location was good too, only just outside Brixham, and in walking distance of the local pub, what more could you want? we would recommend The Jays to anyone, and hope to go again, maybe next year. the owners, John and Jacki were very hospitable, being there to welcome us and very helpful. Ros's advice on choice of bungalow was very valuable too, so thank you for that. I have only good things to say, thank you!

Tip:
"We spent a lot of time in Brixham and Dartmouth, both beautiful places. Slapton Ley is an amazing place, the road cuts between the sea and a large lake, the tide was in when we drove through, just beautiful. Berry Head is also very lovely, well worth a visit. Our only slight niggle if you can call it that, is shortage of dog friendly beaches, but it's not a big problem, our little dog is just as happy on grass."
