"Mandy was the perfect host. Prior to our stay, she gave us information about local eating places. Upon arrival, she made us a coffee and biscuits. Our room was tastefully decorated. The bed was king size and really comfortable. The bathroom was very modern with a lovely shower and Moulton and Brown toiletries. The wardrobe was a little small but there was lots of other storage.Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice and cooked really well. A fantastic stay. Thanks, Mandy. "

"We followed Mandy’s recommendations for places to eat and weren’t disappointed. The Pier View was about 15 minutes walk from Holly Tree House. It was modern and felt very Covid safe with screens between tables and spaced out tables. The food was good. We also visited the Woodvale Hotel, about a mile from the Holly Tree House, or a longer but scenic walk along the Waterfront. The food was really good and the view over the Solent of the sunset was stunning. It also felt very Covid safe. "
