"14 Bus to North Landing and walk to the bird cliffs. Thought the promenade very attractive with cafes and enjoyed the coast walk to Seweby."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Tennyson. The room was well appointed and clean. Each morning we were fed a hearty full English and the staff are lovely people. It's a stones throw from the beach and promenade and a short walk from the train station. We will definitely stay there again and recommended it to relatives and friends who visit Bridlington. "

Tip:
"There are loads of restaurants and bars in Bridlington and the Tennyson is a short walk from all of them.
A day spent in Sewerby Park is a great trip and walkable though you can take a little road train along the coast. It has a wonderful little zoo and great food.
Flamborough Head is also a short trip and the lighthouse cafe serves the best fish and chips you'll ever eat (in my opinion). If you walk along the coast you will see lots of seals basking in the sunshine.
Another great thing to do is take a trip on the Yorkshire Belle. There's a bar on board so you can get tipsy while you enjoy views of the coast.
Finally, walk to the Old Town and climb the stairs in the Priory gatehouse. It's worth it for the reward at the top. "
