"We had such a lovely stay. Mohammed and his colleagues went out of their way to make us welcome and were so kind and thoughtful. We had mint tea, coffees, fresh orange juice, it was just lovely. You’re really in the thick of it here, with only a few minutes to markets and the square, but the Riad will order taxis, help with recommendations, help with luggage, map reading, really nothing is too much trouble. I’d stay again, and recommend here to anyone! Thank you. "

Tip:
"Use the big banks on the main square for good currency exchange, the little ATMs and money exchange cost a fortune. But the main bank on the square offers great exchange at their ATM. Also I paid a lot with Apple Pay in bigger places and that exchange (by my bank) was by far the best. Little local restsurants only take cash usually. Only bigger restaurants and mainly French quarter and new town serve alcohol. "
