"Been here a few times now enjoyed our stay but unfortunately this stay was absolutely terrible,wen we went back to the room the so called cleaner never even entered the bathroom didn't empty the bin she didn't leave any towels we put them in the shower tray my son had to carry them dwn to get some he's a guest he doesn't work 4 u ,no1 is ever at reception yet it says if u ever have an issue contact reception heaven forbid there's an accident,we complained the nxt morning the receptionist said im just the receptionist the cleaner said I haven't got my list with me so I dnt no my son told them abt me having cancer they brushed it aside didn't care less we are absolutely appalled how we were treated,will never ever be back never even got a sorry"

"We got a warm & friendly welcome & was made to feel at home the whole stay. Could'nt wish for a better barman than Neil. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choices. Would recommend to anyone."
