"Sue and Stuart were perfect hosts. Kindly, knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us to places to visit and tide times (for viewing seals and dolphins) and restaurants etc and much much more. Each of them had a tremendous sense of fun and humour. The house was beautiful and our room well appointed and with lots of little extras. Very warm and comfy. Food was beautifully cooked and presented. A truly memorable stay - for all the right reasons !!"

"Good local restaurant in Conon, The Conon Bridge Hotel though Sue’s cooking worth staying home for!
Several distilleries at Muir of Ord , Glenmorangy and especially at Clynelish where staff and service was excellent and they serve superb coffee in the café!
Scenery everywhere stunning and the little ferry from Cromarty to Nigg interesting and a short cut up to Dornoch.
Lots of historic buildings and craft shops and simply a fantastic area to explore. "
