"Friendly welcome, we felt valued. Very helpful too. Insanely comfy beds and amazing shower! Communications on chat/messenger good as well. We felt we were able to communicate if we needed anything quite quickly. However, hosts were also unobtrusive and kind; there if we needed anything, but otherwise left us to ourselves. Loved the decor as well. "

Tip:
"No breakfast served but it's a short walk to one of the top ten cafes in Whitby for breakfast, at Steaming Kettle. Room was lovely but there's no lift, so take care if you struggle with stairs. It's seriously not far from the bus and train station, a couple of minutes walk. Plenty of space in the room, wardrobe and draw space for clothes, as well as iron, ironing board and hair drier. A nice little memo system to leave requests for top ups on tea, coffee, etc. It's on a man road but it wasn't too noisy either. Rooms were spotless and smelled good too."
