"A wonderful place to stay for all the family. We had gathered to celebrate a 70th birthday and the house was just perfect. Sea (and train) views from different rooms and parts of the garden and an easy walk to the beach or town. Young and old had a great time and we would happily return to sit in the sunshine (or rain) once more and enjoy the peace and quiet. "

Tip:
"Restaurants, pubs and the beach/harbour all within walking distance. We had fish and chips from The Mermaid and ate at Davy Jones locker and The Royal. All lovely, generous home cooked food and great for families. "

"Very large house, there were five of us and we rattled around in it. Barmouth is lovely, both the beach and the cliffs and an easy walk down the hill to the town. Challenging parking for motorcycles on the drive (steep hill) but we had a great trip and would definitely stay there again. Communication was spot on too. "

Tip:
"To reach the top of the hill, turn right and over the road there's a marked footpath - it's steep, but well worth it."
