"Problem with toilet in our room (33), on 2nd day, immediately resolved with a move to room (27), unfortunately the mattress in this room on the double bed is not up to the establishments usual high standard, very uncomftable and noisy on movement, leading to lack of sleep and muscular and skeltal pains.Did mention to the "boss" on leaving who said he he look into it , as this has been our go to place over the years and will continue to go, I'm surmising others have not mentioned it."

Thank you for your review. We are glad that you will still return to the Old Ginn House again in the future. Yes there was an issue with the toilet which has now been resolved. We will take a look at the mattress but this mattress was only replaced last year.
