"The Seacliffe was a great base for us to stay for our 3 day visit. It was immaculately clean and the room had everything we needed. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts were lovely with lots of choice! As there is limited parking at the hotel we were parked opposite but with the scratch card system offered it was no problem at all. "

Tip:
"The hotel is about a 15 minute walk down into the town, but lots of benches to rest and enjoy the sea view. We had amazing fish and chips at the Quayside restaurant and a fabulous meal at The Vault. Lots of great little pubs for a welcome beer too. The 199 steps up to Whitby Abbey were worth it for a spectacular view and a welcome ice cream!"
