Also we only received the booking vehicle details form the very morning we were about to leave, I only discovered it chance...the day or 2 beforehand wound have been more helpful, or even at the time of booking the accommodation.
I was sole driver, elderly passenger can not read emails on mobile. Gas lighter had not been refiled, tricky to light a gas stove! Did not use hot tub, weather tooo cold, it might have been nice! perhaps next time. Lift with luggage was most helpfull. "

Tip:
"Foxton Locks - The Foxton Locks Inn - nice pub served Sunday lunch, good value. "

Thank you for your thoughts, we will as always take these into consideration. We are glad you enjoyed your stay on the whole and made the most of the the early check in from 10am that was offered to you. I understand that the Shed sign may be made bigger but guests don't normally miss the parking sign with cars parked there and drive straight through the middle of a field. All the details you needed were sent out at least 2 days before, the only one that was sent on the day is your registration form which can only be done on the day and what would normally be done at a reception if we had one. Sorry you found the gas lighter had run out of gas but as you found there is always more than one left in the tent in case of such things. i hope this answers a few things for you and we hope to see you again.

"Our second time at this delightful campsite. Hidden Hideaways is becoming our home from home. We only live 20 minutes away but it's easy to forget this when you're surrounded by such incredible countryside and in holiday relaxation mode - which we always are here. My son wanted to spend his 10th birthday camping and specifically asked for this site. We received a warm welcome from Ellie and settled in for a sunny evening around the tent. The shower and bathroom blocks are always immaculate. We rented a fire pit and bought some logs from the farm. Games collection and ice cream fridge both a nice touch.
Perfect way to unwind of a weekend - thank you! We'll be back! "

Tip:
"Beautiful surrounding "chocolate box" villages of Hallaton, Slawston, Weston by Welland, Medbourne etc never fail to please. Nice pubs (The Fox Inn at Hallaton does a good meal and is walkable.) Fermyn, East Carlton and Melton Country parks all good for the kids (and dogs). For a rainy day - Corby pool and cinema 20 mins away. Leicester City half an hr away for Space Centre and Richard 3rd etc. "
