"We had a lovely comfortable stay in a cosy cottage. The cottage is exceptionally clean and well kept. The beds are very comfortable and everything you need is in the cottage or close by. The only small issue we had was that the Wifi can be a bit intermittent. "

Tip:
"We enjoyed the local area in particular Roker Beach - we were blessed with sunny and dry weather at the end of October. We also enjoyed Diggerland and Washington Wetlands. The Fat Hippo in Durham provided a good meal."

" Just what the Doctor ordered Peace and tranquilty. Very clean and well furbished cottage with a fantastic view of the Cleveland Hills. Hidden in the country side,but a great starting point to explore the North East. Thankyou to Sue and Micheal, the owners. Got to be the best self catering accommodation we've had. "

Tip:
"Durham City, The Yorkshire Dales, Yorkshire Moors, Whitby, High Force Low Force, Beamish Museum, Raby Castle, are all Wörth a visit.
For a great meal, the Talbot pub in
Bishopton, is to recomend. Have a great stay, we did. "
