"We have stayed in many very nice holiday cottages. Yours is of a different order -no superlative is enough. Everything has been thought of, everything works, is easy to use, is labelled and information given. All comforts are present, plenty of space, beautiful and welcoming. The outside environment is wonderful, the sheep, the lovely garden, the trees, the birdsong. You as hosts could not have more perfectly made us welcome and comfortable. We were so happy to be there, would have stayed longer if we could!"

Tip:
"The Bell Inn in Winterbourne Stoke does excellent food. Stonehenge, so nearby, is great though Avebury is even better. Breamore House, Lacock Abbey, the Medieval Merchant’s House in Marlborough, the museums in Devizes and Salisbury…even Portsmouth Historic ships are reachable. And quite easy to get to Heathrow afterwards…perfection!"

"Stonehenge is very close and very well organised, with a good audio guide. The co-op in Shrewton is useful for food shopping. We had a lovely Sunday roast at the Green Dragon in Market Lavington. "
